Description:
Process of parking revenue control system:
1. The vehicle comes to the entrance barrier and check if there is available spaces from LED sign
2. The hourly driver then presses the button to take a card from entrance cabinet and enter
3. When the hourly driver finishes his issue and drives the vehicle to the exit station
4. Hourly driver hands back the card to the operator and operator scan the card on the card scanner
5. Operator charges the hourly driver parking fee according to PC software calculation result
6. Operator presses the release button to open the barrier to let the visitor leave
7. Monthly/yearly drivers can self-read the card to free pass through the entrance/exit barriers
8. System records all parking events as report(PDF format), including vehicle access control history, hourly payment history, monthly charge history, manual open gate query etc. (manual open gate means once the operator opens the barrier the camera would take a picture and this will be saved in manual open query report, and the manager could click the event to check the picture of that moment to see if the operator opens the barrier without charging the parking fee)
